• What Is The Shipping Cost?

• Can The Bms Be Removed And Replaced If It Breaks? Can The Case Be Opened To Replace A Bad Cell?

  YES, the case can be opened to replace the BMS & cells

• Can Your Battery Be Wired in Series Or Parallel?

  YES，YOU can connect up to four of these batteries in parallel or up to four in series.

• Do This Powerwall Battery Include The Solar Panel?

  No. The LiFePO4 powerwall battery doesn’t include the solar panel and controller. The solar panel and controller is sold separately.

• Your Battery Life Is Only 3000 Cycles. Is That A Grade A Battery? I've Seen Others Have Over 6000 Cycles?

  Yes,Our battery is Grade A cell,this is because the standards are different. Our 3000 cycles are measured under the condition of 1C charging ratio of 100%DOD, and when we use 0.25C charging ratio of 80%DOD, our cycles can reach more than 6000+.
