One is to make the infiltration of the electrolyte better, which is conducive to the stability of the performance of the lithium-ion battery pack;
The second is that after the aging of the active substances in the positive and negative electrode materials, it can promote the acceleration of some side uses, such as gas production, electrolyte decomposition, etc., so that the electrochemical performance of the lithium-ion battery pack can be quickly stabilized;
The third is to conduct consistency screening of lithium-ion battery packs after a period of aging. After formation, the voltage of the battery cell is unstable, and its measured value will deviate from the actual value. The voltage and internal resistance of the aging battery cell are more stable, which is convenient for screening batteries with high consistency.

The battery performance after high-temperature aging is more stable. Most lithium-ion battery manufacturers adopt high-temperature aging operation mode in the production process. The temperature is 45-50 degrees Celsius for 1-3 days, and then shelved at room temperature. Potential adverse phenomena of batteries will be exposed after high-temperature aging: such as voltage changes, thickness changes, and internal resistance changes are all direct tests of the comprehensive indicators of safety and electrochemical performance of these batteries.
Temperature has a great influence on the cycle aging rate of Li-ion battery packs. Lower temperature reduces cycle life due to enhanced lithium elemental plating; too high temperature shortens battery life due to Arrhenius-driven aging reactions; therefore lithium-ion battery packs can only achieve optimal cycle life at an appropriate temperature .

If you have a multimeter, you can check the quality of the lithium-ion battery pack in one minute. The method is: find 3 to 5 power resistors of 1 ohm and power of 10W in series. After connecting, measure the discharge current of the battery on the battery. How much is it, generally adjusted to 500 mA, if you want to buy a battery, you can connect this load to the positive and negative poles of the battery, and then measure the voltage drop of the battery, that is to say, measure the voltage before connecting the resistor. Measure the voltage after the load is connected. The smaller the difference between the two voltage values, the larger the battery capacity and the stronger the load capacity.
